Tacoma Condo’s Grand Opening

One of Tacoma’s newest condominium projects is having their Grand Opening tomorrow April 27th 2008 from 12-6 pm. The 27th Street Station Community is a mix of studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom condo’s in a gated community in the Hilltop area. The condo’s are starting around $120,000! Making them very affordable.

I personally know the developers, The Gintz Group, and they bring a sense of quality to all of their work. Here is a recent article from the Tacoma News Tribune about the project.
