To the best of my knowledge VA (Veteran’s Administration) loans are the last of the 100% purchase loans. The VA loan program gives veterans and active duty the ability to purchase a home with awesome loan terms. VA offers fixed-rate mortgages that don’t require a down payment for a purchase.
