Friends are moving here in Aug 08 from texas and plan to buy… gave them your info, also we may be moving and we will not be selling as far as I know. Do you know any good rental companies?

I read your blog with interest…. I am in NY state and have tried without success to get realtors to have listing inspections. They complain that once a defect is ID’d it has to be disclosed and therefore can create a possible problematic situation moving forward!
